April Vellacott is an author from Edinburgh, Scotland.

Having always enjoyed questioning everything, she studied Psychology at The University of St Andrews, and Behaviour Change at University College London. She coauthored her first nonfiction book, Ripple, which was published in the UK by Harriman House. She is currently working on a novel about identity and what prompts our identities to shift once we’re all grown up.

April lives with her husband and toddler. When she’s not wiping up the highchair, asking existential questions, or moisturising, she enjoys overthinking everything.

She is represented by Jamie Carr at The Book Group.
